 Ingredients:

⦁            2 oz tequila

⦁            1 oz hibiscus tea (cooled)

⦁            1 oz fresh lime juice

⦁            1 oz triple sec

⦁            Ice

⦁            Lime wedges and hibiscus flowers for garnish 

Instructions:

⦁            Start off by rimming your glass with salt or sugar for a sweeter twist by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the salt or sugar.

⦁            In a cocktail shaker combine tequila hibiscus tea lime juice triple sec and ice.

⦁            Shake well and strain into your salt or sugar rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.

⦁            Finish off with a lime wedge and a hibiscus flower.

Ingredients:

⦁            2 oz white rum

⦁            1 oz hibiscus tea (cooled)

⦁            1 oz fresh lime juice

⦁            1 tbsp sugar or simple syrup

⦁            6-8 fresh mint leaves

⦁            Soda water

⦁            Ice

⦁            Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish 

Instructions:

⦁            In a glass start by muddling the mint leaves lime juice and sugar or simple syrup until the mint releases its scented oils.

⦁            Then you can fill the glass with ice and add rum and hibiscus tea.

⦁            Stir gently to combine and top with a splash of soda water.

⦁            FInally garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.

⦁            In a pitcher start with combining hibiscus tea sparkling water cranberry juice and orange juice.
