Pu'er is a fermented tea with most of ours coming from the Yunnan province in China from trusted farms. With Pu'er, the price will often depend on the age, location, tree used, and a few other factors. The fermentation process undergone is called 'microbial fermentation' and can be controlled until the right flavours are reached.

Most Pu'er have something that can only be described as a 'dark' and 'deep' flavour that is deeply appreciated by those that love strong earthy flavours.
