You may be thinking this is a strange topic to be including within the 'Which Tea Series' as many haven't ever considered tea for breast tissue growth. You may be surprised to learn that there are a couple of herbal teas that have shown to be quite effective in just that.

Let's go through our top three (one of which is selling like hotcakes right now) and explore the different benefits of each!

From this list of benefits, many of them are desirable to women and has at times been called the herbal holy grail of an all in one herbal tea for ladies. In fact there are even more benefits but we should stick to the topic on hand!

How does it work? Simply put, estrogen is what causes the breasts to initially grow during puberty. After awhile, the production of estrogen slows down and/or stops. This tea contains compounds that help to kick start this process again. Keep in mind that every body is different and while some have had success with this herbal tea, some others have not. You may wish to try this tea for a few months and if that does not work, move on to the next one in the list.

We recommend straining this tea for about ten minutes as this is a fairly tough herb/seed, unlike many other herbal teas and will take time for the water to absorb. Luckily, the taste isn't too bad at all and is quite similar to that of liquorice.

Fenugreek Tea - An alternative to Fennel Tea

Fenugreek tea has many of the same properties as Fennel tea, but with a different taste and contains diosgenin which is normally used to create synthetic estrogen. It is up for debate as to which works better for breast enlargement, but we will say that Fenugreek herbal  tea does have higher concentrations of the effective compounds. This herb, as with Fennel tea, also aids with libido. There are also many other benefits but for the sake of this post and to stay on topic we will omit them but please feel free to do some further reading here if you're interested.

Goats Rue Tea - A funny origin story

Goats Rue tea is also used for breast tissue growth and enhancement. This was discovered by farmers observing goats eating this herb, and over time, noticed that the breasts of the female goats that did consume this herb over time - were growing larger, along with increased milk production. This must have been confusing centuries ago, but today modern science now knows that this is caused by the Prolactin compound found within Goats Rue.

This tea is also great for digestive issues, and liver protection.
