Chamomile Dream Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers (finely ground)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Next in a large mixing bowl cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Then start to beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
- After in a separate bowl whisk together the flour and baking soda, salt and ground chamomile flowers.
- Then you can gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and scoop out cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Finally allow them to cool for a moment before transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chamomile Honey Lemon Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- First preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Second in a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour and baking powder, salt and dried chamomile flowers.
- Next in a separate bowl just whisk the sugar with the milk, vegetable oil, egg, honey and lemon zest until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mixing until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
- Finally let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chamomile Vanilla Pound Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
Instructions:
- First you should preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl simply whisk together the flour with the baking powder, salt and dried chamomile flowers.
- Next in a separate large mixing bowl you should cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
- Then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternating with the milk and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the topand bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Finally let the pound cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
