Of course rooibos is full of amazing health benefits that cannot go ignored. Let’s take a look at them.
Antioxidant Powerhouse
Rooibos tea is packed with antioxidants that help combat free radicals in your body. These free radicals can cause oxidative stress leading to cellular damage and aging.
By enjoying Rooibos tea regularly you're providing your body with a powerful dose of antioxidants that contribute to overall well being and support a healthy immune system.
Caffeine Free Energy
Unlike traditional tea or coffee Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine free. This means you can enjoy the energy boosting benefits without the jitters or crashes often associated with caffeine consumption!
Calming and Relaxing
The natural compounds found within rooibos tea are supposed to help the drinker feel calmer and more relaxed after enjoying it. Definitely a huge bonus if you find yourself struggling to switch off.
Digestive Support
Many individuals with digestion issues often end up being advised to drink a regular cup of rooibos tea to help their symptoms. Rooibos is a fantastic natural remedy for so many things so it’s easy to see why so many people love it.
Hydration Boost
Rooibos tea is also a wonderful tea to choose if you struggle with staying hydrated.
